The Auberge du Maquis offers the most traditional recipes of Corsican cuisine.

The menus are carefully studied by the owner, Jacques Agostini, who, thanks to his experience, can choose the best local products.

Local pepperoni, salami, ham and cheese dishes, with fig jam, and the home made cakes complete the meals composed of meat, pasta and vegetable, the basic ingredients of the local cuisine.
